Enterprise SEO Software: What Each Enterprise SEO Platform Costs, and Why Only Two Publish a Price
Enterprise SEO software costs between about $1,499 and $4,500 a month among the platforms that publish a figure at all, and only two of the six we checked do. Ahrefs lists Enterprise from $1,499 a month with an annual commitment required. seoClarity publishes four tiers, topping out at $4,500. Conductor, Botify, BrightEdge and Semrush Enterprise publish nothing and route every buyer through a sales call. Every number on this page was read off the vendor’s own page in September 2026.

Keywordpilot is an independent keyword research and content planning tool, not an enterprise platform. We do not sell rank tracking, log file analysis, site audits or SSO, so this page names the vendors that do and says plainly where we are not the answer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or a reseller of seoClarity, Conductor, Botify, BrightEdge, Ahrefs or Semrush, and those names are their owners’ trademarks.
▸ Start here, because page one has misread the only public price
The one enterprise price everybody quotes is being quoted in the wrong currency
seoClarity is the only enterprise SEO platform that publishes a full price list, so it is the figure every roundup reaches for. Several results currently on the first page report that seoClarity “starts at $3,600 per month for one domain and $4,500 per month for multiple domains”. That is not what the pricing page says. seoClarity lists its top tier as £3,600 and $4,500, side by side, in two currencies. The $3,600 figure in those articles is the pound number with a dollar sign in front of it, and the one domain versus multiple domain framing has been invented to explain the gap.
The reason it is worth flagging rather than quietly correcting is that it tells you something about the whole category. When four of the six major vendors publish no price, the two that do get copied endlessly by people who never opened the page, and the errors compound. If you are building a budget from articles, check whether the figure you are relying on appears on a vendor domain. On this cluster, most of the time, it does not.
What page one says
seoClarity from $3,600 a month for a single domain, rising to $4,500 for multiple domains. Repeated across several 2026 roundups.
What seoClarity publishes
Four tiers listed in both currencies. The top tier reads £3,600 and $4,500. There is no single domain versus multi domain split on the page.
What it means for you
Budget $4,500 a month for seoClarity Enterprise if you are in the US, and treat any enterprise figure without a vendor source as an estimate.
▸ Every platform, and whether it will tell you the price
Best enterprise SEO tools: what each enterprise SEO platform actually charges
The useful comparison in this category is not features, because at this price every platform crawls, tracks and reports. It is transparency, because a published number is a number you can put in a budget before you spend six weeks in a sales process. Here is where each vendor stands, checked in September 2026.
| Platform | Publishes a price? | Entry figure | Contract terms stated | What you get for it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ahrefs Enterprise | Yes | From $1,499/mo | Annual commitment required, stated on the pricing page | The cheapest published enterprise tier in the category, on top of the same index that powers Ahrefs Advanced at $449. |
| seoClarity Research and Content | Yes | From $2,500/mo (£1,800) | Not published; multi-year discounts mentioned in the FAQ | Content and research modules with a named client success, technical support and SEO advisory team. |
| seoClarity Technical SEO | Yes | From $3,200/mo (£2,400) | Not published | Site audit, unlimited crawl pages and projects, log file analysis, Clarity 360. |
| seoClarity Enterprise | Yes | From $4,500/mo (£3,600) | Not published | Everything in the lower tiers, advanced technical SEO, top support tier and roadmap priority. |
| seoClarity Rankings | Partly | Custom, minimum 2,000 keyword queries | Not published | Rank tracking sold on its own, priced by the number of keyword queries you track. |
| Conductor | No | Contact Sales | Not published | Three named plans, Essentials, Growth and Enterprise, described as usage based. No figures anywhere on the pricing page. |
| Botify | No | Demo request only | Not published | No plan names and no numbers are published. Everything runs through a sales conversation. |
| BrightEdge | No | Not published | Not published | No public pricing page. Third party procurement marketplaces resell contract ranges, which are not vendor sourced. |
| Semrush Enterprise | No | Book a demo | Not published | Separate from the self serve Semrush plans, which do publish prices from $139.95 to $499.95. |
Read the second column before the third. Four of these nine rows cannot be budgeted from public information at all, which means a shortlist assembled from published prices is not a shortlist of the cheapest platforms, it is a shortlist of the most transparent ones. Those are different things and it is worth being deliberate about which one you are building.
▸ A detail nobody publishes
seoClarity’s pound prices are not conversions, and UK buyers get a different deal at each tier
Divide each pound figure by its dollar twin and the ratio moves: 1,800 over 2,500 is 0.72, 2,400 over 3,200 is 0.75, and 3,600 over 4,500 is 0.80. A currency conversion would produce the same ratio three times. These do not, which means the two price lists were set independently rather than derived from one another.
The practical consequence is that the discount a UK buyer enjoys shrinks as they move up the ladder. At the Research and Content tier the pound price is 28% below the dollar one at parity, and at Enterprise it is only 20% below. For a US buyer the same arithmetic runs the other way: the gap between the entry tier and the top tier is 80% in dollars and 100% in pounds. If you are pricing a multi-region deployment, quote both and ask which entity you will be contracting with.
The ladder from research tool to platform
Set against the self serve market, the enterprise line is not a gentle step up. It is roughly a tenfold jump, and knowing where the rungs sit is the fastest way to work out whether you are genuinely an enterprise buyer.
- $129/mo · Ahrefs Lite or SE Ranking Core. One user, single team.
- $249 to $279/mo · Ahrefs Standard or SE Ranking Growth. A working SEO team.
- $449 to $500/mo · Ahrefs Advanced or Semrush Business. Multiple properties.
- $1,499/mo · Ahrefs Enterprise. The first rung with an annual commitment.
- $2,500 to $4,500/mo · seoClarity. Named support team, advisory services.
- Unpublished · Conductor, Botify, BrightEdge, Semrush Enterprise.

▸ The honest qualification
Do you need enterprise SEO software, or a bigger seat on a normal one?
The thing an enterprise platform sells that a $449 plan does not is coordination. Crawling a large site is a solved problem at every price point. Getting eleven people in four departments to act on the same crawl, with permissions, audit trails and a report the CMO will read, is not. Work out which of these describes you before you take the first sales call, because the answer changes the budget by an order of magnitude.
Buy the platform
Many owners, one domain
Six product marketers, a documentation team and an agency all publishing to the same site. This is the classic case, and the platform is buying workflow rather than data.
Buy the platform
Procurement has requirements
SSO, SOC 2, a data processing agreement, an invoice rather than a card. Self serve plans usually fail here on paper regardless of their capability.
Buy the platform
Templates, not pages
A change to one template alters 40,000 URLs. You need to model that before shipping it, and to prove afterwards which release caused which movement.
Do not buy the platform
One team, one large site
A capable SEO lead with a $449 plan and Search Console will match most of what a platform reports, and will act on it faster. Buy time, not software.
Do not buy the platform
Under 50,000 URLs
Crawl volume alone rarely justifies the jump. Every self serve tool on the ladder above will crawl a site this size without complaint.
Do not buy the platform
The problem is what to publish
No platform decides your content plan for you. If the gap is direction rather than coordination, a $4,500 subscription will not close it.
▸ What to do about the four that will not tell you
How to buy enterprise SEO software when the price is not published
Unpublished pricing is not a hurdle so much as an invitation. Every vendor in this category meters on the same three axes, and the first quote you receive assumes you will consume all three generously. These are the questions that move a number, in the order worth asking them.
1. Price it at year one volume, not year three
Quotes are built from domains, tracked keywords and seats. Give the vendor the numbers you will genuinely reach in twelve months rather than the ambitious ones, then ask separately what an overage costs. Buying headroom you never use is the most common way these contracts get expensive.
2. Ask what renewal looks like in writing
A first year discount that is not carried into the renewal clause is a deferred price rise. Ask for the uplift cap as a percentage and get it into the order form, not the email thread.
3. Separate the software from the services
seoClarity bundles a named advisory team into its tiers, and the others attach onboarding and consulting as line items. Ask which portion of the quote is the platform and which is people, because the people portion is usually the negotiable one.
4. Count working seats, not viewers
Vendors count seats differently. Some sell logins that can run analyses, others count read only report viewers in the same number. Ask specifically how many people can execute a crawl, because that is the seat you will run out of.
5. Get the crawl and keyword ceilings in numbers
Unlimited rarely means unlimited. Ask for the fair use figure behind it and what happens the month you exceed it, then compare that against your actual URL count and tracked keyword list.
6. Ask which AI engines are tracked, by name
Answer engine visibility is now a line item on most of these platforms, and the engine lists differ. Across the published self serve plans in this category, Claude is absent from every vendor engine list we checked. Get the specific engines named in the contract rather than accepting AI visibility as a feature.
The seat question in particular is worth pressing, because it is where published comparisons are most often wrong. The difference between a login that can run work and a login that can only read a report is explained with real figures on SEO software for agencies, and the per prompt cost of the AI visibility modules is broken down on AI search visibility tools.
▸ Where Keywordpilot fits, and where it does not
We are not an enterprise SEO platform, and we are not trying to sell you one
Said plainly on a page that ranks for enterprise SEO software: Keywordpilot has no SSO, no log file analysis, no site crawler and no account team. If the reason you are shopping is governance across departments, buy one of the platforms above. What every one of them still leaves on your desk is the same thing the $29 tools leave on your desk, only larger. A platform will hand a content team 4,000 keyword rows and a set of dashboards. It will not tell them which twelve pages to write next quarter, and at enterprise scale that decision is being made by more people, more slowly.
One seed, not an export
Type the thing the business sells. There is no list to assemble first, which matters when the person doing the research is a product marketer rather than an SEO.
Grouped by intent
Terms come back clustered into the topics one page could satisfy, so the handoff to a writer is a brief rather than a spreadsheet to interpret.
Winnability against your domain
Each cluster is scored for whether your site can realistically reach page one, so the terms that will absorb a quarter and return nothing are dropped before anyone commits.
A publish order
The plan arrives sequenced. At enterprise scale the argument is usually about sequencing rather than about the list, and a defensible order ends it faster.
The grouping step is described on the keyword clustering tool page, running a large list of terms at once is bulk keyword research, difficulty scoring is on the keyword difficulty checker, and the sequencing output itself is the SEO content plan.

Enterprise SEO software questions
What is enterprise SEO software?
Enterprise SEO software is a single platform that combines rank tracking, site crawling, content analysis and reporting across many domains and many users, rather than a research tool one person logs into. The practical dividing line is not a feature, it is governance: seat counts, role permissions, SSO, an assigned account team and a negotiated annual contract. Priced examples start around $1,499 a month.
How much does enterprise SEO software cost?
Between roughly $1,499 and $4,500 a month for the plans that publish a price, read off vendor pages in September 2026. Ahrefs Enterprise starts at $1,499 a month with an annual commitment required. seoClarity publishes $2,500 for Research and Content, $3,200 for Technical SEO and $4,500 for its Enterprise tier. Conductor, Botify, BrightEdge and Semrush Enterprise publish nothing.
Which enterprise SEO platforms publish their pricing?
Two of the six we checked. Ahrefs publishes Enterprise from $1,499 a month on its standard pricing page, and seoClarity publishes four tiers in both dollars and pounds. Conductor lists three named plans with no figures and sends Enterprise to Contact Sales. Botify, BrightEdge and Semrush Enterprise offer a demo request and no numbers at all.
Do I need enterprise SEO software?
Only when the constraint is coordination rather than data. If several teams publish to the same domain, if you run more than a handful of properties, or if procurement requires SSO and a signed data agreement, the platform is buying governance and you cannot get that from a $129 seat. A single team running one large site is usually better served by a $129 to $499 plan plus the time saved.
What is the difference between enterprise SEO and regular SEO?
The tactics are the same and the bottleneck is different. On a small site the hard part is knowing what to publish. On a site with 200,000 URLs and nine content owners, the hard part is crawl budget, template level changes, internal linking at scale and getting a fix shipped through a release process. Enterprise platforms are built around that second problem.
Is BrightEdge or Conductor more expensive?
Neither company publishes a price, so any specific comparison you read is secondhand. Procurement marketplaces that resell contract data report broadly similar mid-market ranges for both, but those figures are not vendor sourced and we will not repeat them as fact. The only honest answer is to run both through your own procurement process and compare the quotes you actually receive.
How long are enterprise SEO software contracts?
Annual at minimum, and often longer. Ahrefs states plainly on its pricing page that its Enterprise tier requires an annual commitment. seoClarity mentions discounts for multi-year agreements in its own FAQ, which tells you multi-year terms are the norm rather than the exception. Budget for a twelve month commitment even where the vendor opens with a monthly figure.
Can you negotiate enterprise SEO software pricing?
Yes, and the absence of published pricing is what makes it possible. When a vendor meters on domains, tracked keywords and seats, each of those is a lever, and the number you are quoted first assumes you will use all three generously. Ask for the price at the volume you will genuinely reach in year one, and ask what happens at renewal if you exceed it.
