These terms govern your use of keywordpilot.ai, including the free demo and the early-access list. The site is operated by Keywordpilot. By using the site you accept these terms.

1. What Keywordpilot is right now

Keywordpilot is in early access. The website, the free demo and the early-access list are live; full accounts open in waves. Anything described as planned, including pricing tiers, describes our current intent and may be adjusted before launch. Founding pricing committed to confirmed early-access users will be honored as described on the pricing page.

2. The free demo

The demo is provided free of charge, for evaluation. Its outputs are AI-generated estimates: keyword ideas, clusters, and directional volume and difficulty bands. They are labeled as estimates and are not live search-engine data. Use them as a starting point for judgment, not as a guarantee of traffic or rankings. Do not use the demo to send abusive volumes of requests, probe the service, or generate content that violates law.

3. The early-access list

Joining the list costs an email address and creates no payment obligation on either side. We will email you to confirm your address and later about your spot, and essentially nothing else. You can leave the list at any time by replying or writing to [email protected].

4. Intellectual property

The site, its design, copy and code belong to Keywordpilot. Keyword research you generate with the demo is yours to use freely.

5. No warranties, limited liability

The site and demo are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keywordpilot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Governing law

Polish law governs these terms. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction. Disputes go to the courts competent for Keywordpilot's registered seat, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
