Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of keywordpilot.ai: the free demo, an account and a paid subscription. The site is operated by KeywordPilot. By using the site you accept these terms.

Renewals and failed payments. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. When a new billing period begins, access for that whole period is granted and the payment for it is due. If the charge does not go through, the payment remains due and we retry it. Cancelling after a new period has begun only switches off later renewals; it does not cancel the payment for the period that has already started. Such a renewal charge is not refundable, and your access continues until the end of that paid period. The fee is for access to the service for the period, not for using it, so not having used the service is not a ground for a refund.

1. What KeywordPilot is

KeywordPilot turns a seed keyword into keyword ideas tagged by intent, grouped into topic clusters with directional volume and difficulty bands, plus a content plan with article briefs. A paid plan adds projects, saved plans you can reopen, CSV and Markdown exports and seats for your team. KeywordPilot reads positions from your own Google Search Console property when you connect one, and does not crawl your site.

2. The free demo

The demo is provided free of charge, for evaluation, with no account. Its outputs are AI-generated estimates: keyword ideas, clusters, and directional volume and difficulty bands. They are labeled as estimates and are not live search-engine data. Use them as a starting point for judgment, not as a guarantee of traffic or rankings. Do not use the demo to send abusive volumes of requests, probe the service, or generate content that violates law.

3. Accounts

An account is opened with an email address you confirm with a code we send you. There is no password: each sign-in uses a fresh emailed code, so keep access to that mailbox. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by teammates you invite to a seat. One person, one address: do not share an account.

4. Plans, payment and renewal

Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page, in US dollars, and that is what you are charged. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details are entered on Stripe's own screen and never reach our servers. A plan is charged for the first period at the checkout and renews automatically for further periods, monthly or yearly as chosen, until cancelled. Moving up a plan takes effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference; moving down, or changing cycle, rides into the next invoice. Taxes are added where applicable.

Each plan carries a monthly allowance of keyword plans and limits on projects, workspaces and seats, as listed on the pricing page. The allowance refills at the start of each billing month and does not carry over. When an allowance is spent, the account keeps everything already saved and stops producing new plans until the allowance refills or the plan moves up. A run that fails and falls back to our reference output is not charged against the allowance.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the plan page in your account, in one click. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for and nothing renews after that. We do not prorate refunds for an unused part of a period. If something we charged you for did not work, write to [email protected] and we will look at it and refund where it is fair. Consumers in the EU and UK: because the service is available immediately and is digital content supplied at your request, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends once you start using a paid feature, and by starting you consent to that.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service up but do not promise a specific uptime outside an Enterprise agreement. Planned maintenance is kept short and off peak hours where possible. The engine behind keyword plans is a third-party model service; an outage there can make a run fall back to our reference output, and such runs are not charged.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, copy and code belong to KeywordPilot. Keyword research you generate, in the demo or in your account, is yours to use freely, including commercially and for clients. Exports on the Agency plan can carry your own brand instead of ours.

8. No warranties, limited liability

The site, the demo and paid features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Keyword plans are estimates produced by a language model and are not professional advice or a prediction of traffic. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeywordPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

Polish law governs these terms. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction. Disputes go to the courts competent for KeywordPilot's registered seat, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
